Joseph R. Vasquez

Joseph is a Financial Advisor, and Vice President with Kleberg Wealth Management. Over the last 18 years, he has worked in various areas of financial services including, retail banking, lending, cash management, and as an outside product partner. In 2014, he began working with clients as a licensed financial advisor, and primarily served clients in the Greater South Texas region. He rejoined Kleberg Bank in November 2022, and continues to focus on providing holistic advice to clients in the areas of generational wealth planning, solutions for business owners, as well as preparing clients for retirement and education expenses. He earned a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University – Kingsville, and holds Series 7, Series 66 registrations, and a General Lines Insurance license.

Joseph resides in Portland, with his wife, Jackie, and two children, Ava and James. Outside of the office, Joseph enjoys serving his community. Currently, he serves as Vice President of the Gregory-Portland Education Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Adjustment for the City of Portland, and facilitates sessions for the Leadership Portland program offered through the Portland Chamber of Commerce.
